About Me & Contact

From an early age, all I wanted to do was draw. I'm not sure what influenced me in the beginning, but I've always had the motivation to. Perhaps it was comic book characters I'd try to re-create, or my love for movies that started early on. I remember pausing my favorite scene from a particular film, and trying to re-create it with pencil and paper. No small task, as a still VHS image was shaky at best.

Later on, I became fascinated with the "making of" of a film, and eventually the behind-the-scenes and creative process of anything. I took any and every art class in school to learn all the techniques I could.

I eventually found a love for digital art, photography, graphic design and everything associated. During my time at Eastfield College, I further explored the fundamentals of fine art and design. Drawing and painting were my focuses. When I transferred to The University of Texas at Dallas, my focus was shifted to digital art, graphic design, product design, marketing and even 3D modeling and animation. I would go on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Performance with honors. I am currently a Graphic Designer for Enseo, a hospitality entertainment solution for hotels, schools, stadiums and more.

I am constantly trying to push myself to learn new and different ways of communicating visually. From drawing techniques to HTML 5, there is always something new around the corner to explore. My definition of an artist or a designer is communicating and interpreting how one sees the world. As I continue to create, I hope to effectively communicate how I see it as well.
